Relating To Gardens.

Abstract

Authorizes the department of education to develop programs to encourage the development of gardens on school property. Broadens the authority of the Hawaii community development authority to develop programs that provide incentives for the development of urban gardening programs. Effective 7/1/2050. (HD1)
